High durability

The Diesel Particulate Filter of the CleanDieselCeramics Company is made of liquidphase sintered Silicon Carbide (SiC). High mechanical and thermal durability, as well as high chemical resistance are only some of the outstanding features of this High-tech Ceramic. This filter is prepared for corrosive residues in the fuel, variable and massive different exhaust gas temperatures during operation mode and while regeneration and severe crushes due to bumpy grounds.

Special designed channel structure and honeycomb geometry

The special designed channel structure in triangle form offers about 15% more filter area compared to the traditional quad. In combination with that extraordinary honeycomb geometry the result is a filter with 200 cpsi cell density and an amazing variability of its outline.

Innovation and new materials

Innovations are the driving force for an outstanding performance. New materials, new ways in the channel and honeycomb geometry are leading in the end to a brilliant soot collection rate of 99% relating to the particle numbers and to a distinguishing pressure drop. The soot loading capacity fulfils the present requirements by far. The CleanDieselCeramics offers beside the ceramic also the canning of the SiC - customized solutions from one hand.
